Go Sail Flathead Lake in Dayton, MT. Our Mission is to build confidence, making sailing accessible to all, and encourage sailors to get on the water. We offer American Sailing Association (ASA) certified Lessons, Private or Group. We offer Sailboat rentals, Kayaks, SUPs. We offer customized sailing charters to learn or relax.
Our team is growing, and we are looking for a full time, part time, 1-week, multiple weeks with flexible scheduling; ASA instructors to teach ASA 101 in Dayton, Montana
We can offer mentorship and training for the right person.
Dayton, MT fleet are Capri 22 Monohulls.
Ideally, for Montana, applicants live in the Flathead area, or be able to commute.
Pay is competitive, 4-day and 5-day schedules with days off, and we take care of our most valuable asset, YOU!!
Flathead Lake in Northwest Montana is 28 miles long, 15 miles wide and bordered by the beautiful Mission Mountains. It is the largest natural freshwater lake west of the Great Lakes. Located just 20 minutes from Kalispell, Montana and a 1 hour from Glacier National Park.
We are looking for a full time Sailing Shop Manager (retail, rentals, and customer service), Freelance Sailing instructors, and Charter Skippers (USCG NOT REQUIRED for MT) (May - September)

Must have a passion for Customer Service, People, Flathead Lake, and working with all ages and ability levels.
Must have a positive, FUN, enthusiastic and flexible attitude.
Must possess strong problem solving skills and an ability to adapt to changing program needs depending on weather, number of students, number of boats, etc.
Must be at least 18 years of age. Training Available.
